Every piece is made with care — and every concern is handled the same way.
Standard pieces
Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, provided they arrive in their original packaging.
Personalized pieces
Because personalized pieces are created exclusively for you, refunds are offered when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design.
How refunds are processed
Once your return is received and approved, the refund is issued through Shopify to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.

Contact our care team with your order number and, when relevant, a photo of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and guide you through the next steps.
